This app is super easy to use! Most apps like this are extremely confusing and don’t have a good setup. This app, however, has a great setup. It lets you set preferences, set a lock for the app, and make the app your own. The app gives you a choice to pay, but everything is still included WITHOUT PAYING! I found this very helpful (being a teenager who doesn’t have a lot of cash, but still has a lot of emotions), and you will too. It lets you add pictures, videos, notes, and more. It helps me organize what I need to do.
I tried therapy and meditation, which wasn’t for me. I started losing hope, but not long after I was introduced to Mooditude which created a safe place to journal my feelings and get THE HELP I needed. I was going through a real down period and felt like I couldn’t really get my thoughts down in a reliable application. Tried a number of different methods even using ones that worked previously and nothing seemed to stand out.
Once I started using mooditude and made an effort to use the app, it slowly became a part of my routine. After a number of months using it I finally paid for the subscription. It really has helped me monitor my feelings overtime and I appreciate how quick and easy it is to write journal entries.
This app has helped me with my anxiety and has dramatically improved my coping mechanisms. The cognitive therapy provides change to long-lasting habits, and also, on the plus side, it’s a fraction of the cost of therapy.
Great app...I like seeing the changes in my mood when I stick to the routines. Also helps me to improve and communicate a little more effectively. I may have a long way to go but it feels good to know that I am on the right track thanks to this app.
If your looking for a different way to be calmer this definitely helps me...Im starting off writing 3 times a day and it helps keeps my feelings under control...and if I need to write before my reminders I can!
